Stylo Helmets On Officers Have Ability To Take Commuters Temperature
KTM Berhad recently introduced a temperature screening helmet for their auxiliary police patrol as part of an initiative to curb the spread of the ‘rona.
The company announced on its social media that the helmets will assist the officers on duty to detect and identify commuters with high body temperature. This is on top of the regular sanitizing, observing social distancing, providing sanitizers to commuters as well as the temperature checks at the stations.
Netizens had a wild time in the comments section as the cops donning the helmets kinda looks like RoboCop.
Some said it was similar to Darth Vader’s helmet in Star Wars.
While many actually applauded the effort, calling it a much needed initiative.
However KTM Berhad also mentioned that the helmets are still going through pilot testing to evaluate its effectiveness.
Reporter’s Opinions: I won’t lie, it looks kinda cool despite the RoboCop vibes.
Actually, more like Stormtrooper but eh, it all depends on your fandom and kink.
But imagine, if there was a glitch and the scanner picks up the higher than usual body temperature, not because you’re sick.
Rather because you kinda have the hots for the officer on patrol. Now wouldn’t that be scary?
