According to PUB, the heaviest rainfall recorded was 159.8mm in the western part of Singapore at Bukit Panjang road between 7.50 to 10.40 am.

It corresponds to 109% of Singapore’s average monthly rainfall for the month of August and lies within the top 0.5% of maximum daily rainfall records since 1981.
