You can sip on a nice cup of coffee in first class seats without the hefty ticket fees. Food and beverage served are affordable and patrons seems to enjoy the experience of dining in a commercial plane.

Maybe Singapore can take a leave out of Thailand’s books and come up with a similar concept aboard the grounded planes. It will definitely generate revenue as people will pay for the experience.

If Singapore decides to join in, it will be a great option for those who aren’t interested in the flights to nowhere. With the vouchers that the Government is giving out, I’m pretty sure people are willing to pay for the experience.

Although I am not too sure about the in-flight meals being served. Ask around, it is a mixed crowd when it comes to liking the food served onboard.

It is probably best to get proper catering done or even a tie up with local cafes to serve the food in the airplane cafes if it ever happens.
