CREEPY! Police Report Made On Instagram Page With 5600 Posts Of Different Pregnant Ladies
Street photography accounts are one of the most popular ones found on Instagram but a whole page dedicated to street shots of heavily pregnant mothers, that’s creepy on another level.
In an Instagram page that has since been deactivated, there were over 5600 posts of pregnant ladies photographed without their consent judging by the side shots and the lack of eye contact.
The page was first brought to attention by a post in the BY Young Mothers of Singapore, a Facebook Page run by a local community of young mothers in Singapore. It garnered over 200 shares. Most were concerned by how the IG page seems to be promoting a fetish and stalker behavior.
The posting style seems to indicate an obsessive behavior as reported by Mothership. It was also concerning as the page had 5000 followers before being deactivated. Snapshots uploaded were photographed at various locations in Singapore in broad daylight.
The string of hashtags as well as the various shots of the same women per photo set suggests that there was something off about the one behind the account.
It is also reported that the same handle runs a Tumblr page where pregnant women from other Asian countries are photographed without their permission.
Netizens were visibly outraged as reflected by their passionate commentary.
SPF confirmed that reports have been made as reported by Mothership.
Reporter’s Opinion: There is a term for pregnancy fetishism. It is known as maiesiophilia or maieusophoria. Run a search if you dare.
It is when one is sexually attracted to pregnant women or lactating mothers or those who appear to be pregnant.
According to Wikipedia, the search for pregnant porn spiked on Pornhub in 2017, with searches increasing by 20% since 2014. In fact, a quick search online will throw up suggestions for such videos.
The fantasies include impregnating a pregnant woman due to the unprotected sex. Yeah, go figure.
While we cannot be sure if these photos were posted by and for a certain group of individuals, it is fucking sick to see the way these women were photographed without their permission.
I mean with hashtags such as #prettymummy, #sheisbeautiful and random Russian tags seems to suggest that it is catered to certain groups of people.
