A 33 year old man with a history of drug abuse became the subject of a medical journal Cureus because of a rare condition where he pooped from his penis and ejaculated out of his ass. For two years.
You heard that right.
The unnamed man sought professional help when he experienced pain and discomfort in his testicles. Scans showed that he not only had a urinary tract infection but he’s been passing fecal matter and gas from his penis for quite some time.
Upon further investigations, the doctors found out that he had a fistula (abnormal passageway) between his urethra and rectum. It was there that his fecal matter, urine, semen and flatulence had been mixing and passing out of all the wrong holes for two years.
It didn’t take long for netizens to come up with creative captions to the unfortunate man’s plight.

Thanks, many won’t be seeing the quote Palpatine used in Revenge of the Sith the same way again.

Doctors were trying to find out how the fistula was there in the first place. They ruled out a few conditions including tuberculosis, rectal trauma from penetration and inflammatory bowel disease. They finally came to one possible conclusion which was the man’s hospitalization records from two years prior.
He slipped into a coma due to a drug overdose of cocaine and phencyclidine (PCP). As with a lot of non ambulatory patients, a catheter would be fixed on them to allow for urine drainage. The doctors concluded that Foley’s catheter could have been inserted incorrectly, causing the injury and subsequently the presence of the fistula.
They decided that surgery would be best to help fix the man’s condition and he is recovering well.
The doctors used the case as a warning to other medical practitioners on the importance of proper fitting of catheters on patients. It was lucky the man sought medical help when he did because the condition could have spawned a whole load of other complications like kidney infection and even death by sepsis.
“Physicians should note other potential risks such as urethral injuries,” wrote the team. “This case not only highlights a rare complication of catheter use, but also emphasizes the importance of provider mindfulness when utilizing seemingly benign therapies such as Foley catheters.”
Reporter’s Opinion: Damn, that shit’s nasty.
Imagine the surprise his partner would have gotten after a little sexy taime. Could’ve been a mind blowing experience.
What’s miraculous is how he survived a cocaine and php cocktail overdose. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger?
